Here's how to get started
1. Book a Lesson
Choose your instrument, date, and time slot. Rooms are auto-assigned — Guitar & Bass go to Groove Room 1, Drums to Groove Room 2. You can optionally pick a preferred tutor.
2. Payment
After booking, you'll see Bank of Scotland details on the confirmation screen. Transfer the amount using your name and lesson date as the reference so we can match your payment.
3. My Bookings
Your email is auto-detected when you log in — head to My Bookings to instantly view, track, or cancel your upcoming lessons with no searching needed.
4. Add to Calendar
From the booking confirmation, click Google Calendar or Outlook to sync your lesson straight to your calendar.
5. Cancelling a Lesson
You can cancel from My Bookings. More than 48 hours notice is free to cancel. Within 48 hours of the lesson a 20% fee applies, and within 24 hours you'll be charged the full lesson rate. Please think carefully before confirming and do what you can to stick to your booking — last-minute changes cause disruption and disappointment for our tutors and fellow students. Your tutor is notified automatically when you cancel.
